Changing Behavior

How can I get my extremely large dog to behave better on a leash?

A large dog can be a challenge to control. In some cases using a head collar which is similar to a halter on a horse and helps to control the head. When you can control the head it is easier to control the dog. It also helps to attend some training classes. Keep in mind that it is easier to teach what you want than reprimand what you do not like. Therefore, try to find a class that uses positive techniques to teach the dog and helps you understand how to change behaviors you don't want.
