Here are some of our most commonly asked questions.

  • Question

Why do I need to log in to use the Purina ONE® Cat Journal?

    Answer

In order to keep track of your progress and chronicle your experiences, we need to know who you are. The basic information you provide us about you and your cat(s) allows us to keep a record of your activity within the Journal. This way, you're always able to resume where you last left off.

  • Question

What does the Public and Private profile setting do?

    Answer

We offer each user the choice to have their cat's activity shared in the activity feed along with a link to your cat's profile page. If you do not wish to allow others to see your cat's latest activities and progress, simply set your profile to private.

  • Question

What activity should I start with?

    Answer

Each of the activities within the Journal is designed to strengthen your routines with your cat. There's no wrong place to start. But we recommend kicking off with something that piques your interest.

  • Question

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    Answer

When you log in, click on the link that says 'Forgot your password?' You will be prompted for your email address and sent a link to reset it.

  • Question

I finished all of the activities. Now what?

    Answer

If you've thoroughly explored the Journal, we invite you to continue your participation in discussions on the various activity pages. And you're always free to revisit and refresh your knowledge.

  • Question

Can I have more than one cat using the Purina ONE® Cat Journal?

    Answer

Yes. When you sign up for the Purina ONE® Cat Journal, you'll be asked some questions about the pets in your home. If you indicate you have more than one cat, each will be loaded automatically into the Journal. To rotate through your cats' individual profiles, use the menu in the upper right corner of your screen.

  • Question

How can I share my progress?

    Answer

Each time you finish part of an activity, you'll be able to share the notes and photo you've uploaded. If your profile is set to Public, others within the Journal community can see your cat's latest accomplishments. Your willingness to share is appreciated as others can find inspiration in your progress along with insights from your experience.

  • Question

What are the badges and ribbons for?

    Answer

To recognize you and your cat's efforts, we award a ribbon upon completion of a section of an activity and a trophy when you fully complete an activity. While they don't have any physical value, they signify a dedication to a better lifestyle for your cat. We're confident you'll be proud when you look back at all the awards you've earned during your Journal experience.

  • Question

How long does it take to complete?

    Answer

Since cats can take some time to adjust to changes to their environment or their routine, the Purina ONE® Cat Journal is meant to be a slow and steady journey for you and your cat. It shouldn't be rushed. The activities are also meant to be skills you continue with your cat, long after your time with the Journal is done.
