Rated 5 out of 5 by debra16 ONLY FOOD MY CAT DOES NOT THROW UP!!!!!
I have 2 siamese...brother and sister. They will be 10 years old october 2013. Up until the end of 2012...my female threw up continually all day...every day...no matter what brand food i tried. Purina one smartblend indoor advantage changed my and my cat's lives!!!! This is the ONLY food she does not throw up continually!!!!! The day i found this food a miracle happened!!!!! My cats have been eating this food since the end of 2012...and my sick little female kitty is now pleasingly plump...not fat...just perfect! Her coat is shiny and thick...she has her energy back...and she DOES NOT THROW UP!!!!! Both cats LOVE this food! I wish i could find cheapest place to buy it...we love it and will NEVER use another food!!!!! For 9 years...she and i endured her vomiting and illness sadly. Repeated trips to the vet gained no clue what was wrong. She had blood work...xrays...urine samples...vet did not know what was wrong. I tried just about every brand catfood available...including very expensive food from the vet...nothing helped. Sorry to be graphic...but she projectile vomited violently about 5 times a day for 9 years! My floors and furniture were destroyed...and my poor little girl was so sick and tiny...you could see and feel all her bones. THEN A MIRACLE HAPPENED!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ebarber The One that my cat prefers, paws down, to all the other cat food out there!
When we adopted Lizzie from a shelter, she was sent home with a bag of Purina One Indoor cat food, which she always ate. After the food ran out, we decided to try another brand (without thinking, just got one huge bulk bag at the store). She sniffed at it, didn't care for it, but ate it anyways. We figured that she would get used to it. A few weeks later, her coat wasn't glossy any more, fur was falling out as well. We switched back to Purina One Indoor. As soon as I brought a bag home, she ran to it and began rubbing against the bag! She was excited! She ate enthusiastically, she actually lost some weight (the other brand actually made her a bit chubby) and her fur is glossy again and NOT falling out! This is the brand for her - she loves it, she is healthy and she made her opinion to us known :) Thank you, Purina One!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Happy5 My life is much easier now!!
I have four cats, ages 5 to 8 years old, which I fed both dry and wet food. Some of them would eat their dry food and then promptly throw it up on the carpet or furniture. Also, I had to be careful with "Fluffy" because she often had "bathroom issues" if she ate too much of the oily wet food, in turn, resulting in her vomiting and/or hairballs and carpet cleaning for me. I switched to Purina One--both the Salmon and Tuna flavor and also the Indoor Advantage hairball blend. ALL FOUR CATS LOVE THIS STUFF and no more vomiting. Apparently, they eat more of this smaller-kibble dry food, and there are much fewer hairballs, and Fluffy's bathroom problems are over. My cats are happier, more satisfied, and I have much less cleaning to do. Thank you, Purina!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by CarolL47 My Tuxedo Lacie Loves This!
This kibble is a hit, it's kept my slightly pudgy kitty from turning into a behemoth. I may may be switching her to the Healthy Metabolism in the near future, which I am sure she will love as well. Lacie had problems with the food she was eating when I first got her from the rescue, she was experiencing a lot of flatulence, and her stools were stinky. I had fed Purina One to my previous kitty, so I tried it with Lacie. No more foul odors being emitted, plus it's more filling and the litter box collection bin isn't as full. Transitioning her from the food she was getting from the rescue was fairly easier, she actually preferred the Purina One and would pick those out of her food dish. Her coat has a satiny sheen, and her greenish-yellow eyes are bright and clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Felicia22 Best Hairball Food for Indoor Cats
I have 2 Siamese males litter mates and a gray rescue kitty. All are about 11 years of age. Have been feeding them holistic food designed to treat hairballs (Blue Buffalo, Wellness, and a few other brands). This hairball formula seems to work better than all of the other more expensive holistic foods combined. Whatever keeps them healthy makes me happy. My Siamese are pretty active for indoor cats, and their activity has increased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nancy25 Lots of kitties!
I have 8 kitties, ages 1 - 12 yrs old. They all adore this product, and it agrees with my seniors sensitive tummies. (Minnieme age 12 and Beans age 11.) We also get the other flavors too, salmon and chicken. They like all of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jpcramer1 Only food my cat will eat.
This is the only food that my cat will eat. I tried other brands and he would not eat other brands, after feeding him smartblend indoor advantage. I have to watch the cat food, because my Yorkie will eat it all if I let him. As long as there is cat food out my Yorkie will not eat the dog food. My niece recomended smartblend indoor advantage to me. That is the only food she gives her cat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Celena My Cats keep it down, and its only their fur thats Fluffy.
I really like Purina ONE Indoor Advantage.
I have 3 cats that would be happy to eat all day.
I have a few that would love to throw up after they ate all day.
I can give them enough to graze on, without worrying that they will gain excessive weight.
This is one of the only foods that they can keep down, more often than not.
They turn their nose up at other brands, Ive tried them, so I stay loyal to the Purina ONE line of foods.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kelly24 Does everything I need
I have a 14 pound cat who has a sensitive stomach and a double coat. This food helps maintain a healthy weight and also helps with the awful hairballs he gets from having so much hair. AND it's the only cat food he won't throw up due to his sensitive stomach. Plus it tastes good. He always cleans his bowl.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ownedby7 works great for my Siamese with irritable bowel
All 7 of my cats are thriving on this food. My Siamese, who has irritable bowel, no longer comes flying out of the litter box meowing. I had previously tried more expensive, specialty foods but he either would not eat them or they caused GI distress despite propaganda stating otherwise. I have been, and will continue to be, a regular purchaser of this food for a long time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Shelby Generally a brand well known for excellence
I have had cats my whole life as well as do volunteer work at quite a few various shelters. I give my cats this formula and they love it. It keeps them healthy as well. Even most of the shelters I help at request this brand/type of food when asked about donations! Good job!

I suggest this food because, it keeps your cat healthy. My kitties have tender tummies and hairball problems. It really does help with the hairballs, and my cats go crazy when I open a fresh bag. The are not to big.

Rated 1 out of 5 by charisma33 Made my cat sick
I got this food for my cat because it looked like a great food. I had previously been feeding my cat Iams. With the Iams I could give my cat about 1 cup of food/day and it would last that a full 24hr period. With this food, it wouldn't last more than 12 hours and my cat was acting like he was starving all the time. Then, after about 1 week on the food, my cat started throwing up at least once/day and started getting very lethargic. As soon as I switched his food back to the Iams, he was back to his happy and energetic self. I am not happy with this Purina One food, and I'm worried that it might harm more cats.

Rated 2 out of 5 by CatFarmer Fish Meal Issue
It took several months to find a food that all of our cats could eat without digestive issues. Specifically, a couple of our cats appear to be sensitive to fish meal. The Indoor Advantage formula had been working pretty well, but now it appears that fish meal has recently been added to the ingredients, and our sensitive cats are having issues once again with their bowel movements. I will be disposing of our current supply and looking elsewhere. It looks like Friskies has some formulas without fish meal, so that may be what we try next.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Meredith Cats love it, and so do I!
My cats love this food! They get picky about wet food, so it is always nice to know that they love their dry food! I once accidentally bought a different brand's indoor food, and couldn't believe what happened: my cat's skin got dry and flaky, and my cat became lethargic. I switched her back, and all was well again! Great food for a great price.
